NOTE: Our programs are designed for you to start with Tier I and begin with the first module, and go through each module to complete a certificate program. After you complete Tier I, you can go to Tier II and do the same.

TIER I
Professional Building Engineer Certificate

$275 / per module

This 10-module comprehensive training curriculum provides building maintenance engineers and facility personnel with "beginner" mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automated, other trades and safety competencies. Each module is structured into a 6-hour unit comprising a 3-hour theory/lecture session followed by a 3-hour practical hands-on lab station experience.

Master Building Engineer Certificate

$275 / per module

This 5-module comprehensive training curriculum provides building maintenance engineers and facility personnel with "advanced" mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automated, other trades and safety competencies. Each module is structured into a 6-hour unit comprising a 3-hour theory/lecture session followed by a 3-hour practical hands-on lab station experience.
